Customer Service is important for business because is making difference and ability to competition   Indispensable is enthusiasm of customer service. Quality service will allow customers to use service long time.   


First,  you must viewed the customer is the long term partnerships, such as service in hotel must understand customer because hotel is ease place. The customers should be greeted the best. 


Second, if organization has problem service you need to think good to solve problem and adjust customer service of personnel.

Third, the company should set strategy for customer service. Create outstanding and featured of different service and important the company should train personnel service. Personnel must train about service always.

Finally, Customer satisfaction is very important for business and organizations. Personnel service must have high tolerance and willingness service. Important, manager and personnel must realize every times is customer quality service is not coincidence but it is sincerity of personnel service.
